Artificial Intelligence capabilities provide more accurate estimates of key service metrics, proposing “best fit” solutions. By introducing Machine Learning techniques in its scheduling optimization engine, Geocall now learns from planner’s behavior and experience while predicting customer’s field services.
Considered as the first strategic step towards Predictive Field Service, Geocall 9.1 leverages AI to predict the execution time of tasks, entered over time in the different scenarios characterizing Field activities and having a material impact on key service business decisions.
